All Tombstone Media Design Services are priced by the job, NOT by the hour.
We understand that hourly rates on design projects are often ludicrously overpriced, and clients are unfairly taken advantage of this way - mainly because the client is not present when the work is taking place. Tombstone Media, on the other hand, charges Design Service clients by the job, meaning we'll only commit a price to you if we know we can get it done. Likewise, we'll only commit a timeframe for completion if its absolutely possible. Adopting these methods means that the client is never overcharged for incomplete work, and never left unfulfilled by failing to meet deadlines.
Design Services - Consultation, Approvals and Final Approval
The first step on the road to a great completed project is to meet with our clients and find out exactly what is needed and draw up a mutually-agreed brief to be adhered to. Once we've established where we're going, we'll set checkpoints throughout the project to confirm approval by our clients. If everything is fine, we'll carry on. If alterations are to be made, we'll amend the project before continuing. If any amendments are the result of Tombstone Media differing from the brief, no extra charge will be made. If the amendments are additional to the requirements of the brief, clients will be charged fairly and appropriately.
Once we deem the project to be complete, we'll then seek a final confirmation before handing the project over the the client. Once we receive final confirmation, an invoice will be drawn up and sent to the client.
